Annual parking passes are available for Emerald Lake Park, for both Cardinia residents and non-residents.

| Annual car parking passes for residents | | | To encourage residents to enjoy Emerald Lake Park , Council offers one $10 annual parking pass per household for all residents of Cardinia Shire. Application forms for annual parking passes are mailed with the rates notice in August each year.  Top

| Pass valid dates
Residents' annual parking passes are renewed in August each year. Current passes are valid until 31 August 2010.

| Payment options
In person – payment can be made at the Council offices, Henty Way, Pakenham OR Emerald Lake Cafe OR Emerald Lake Model Railway (both at the park).
Completed forms must be presented at time of payment, pass will then be issued.
EFTPOS, cheque or credit card payments accepted at Council offices.
Cash only at Emerald Lake Park Cafe and Model Railway.
Conditions of use

| One pass per household only. | | Passes must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle when in the Park. Failure to display your pass may result in a parking infringement. | | Passes are only transferable to another vehicle within the household. | | Passes will not be refunded. | | Passes are not to be used on days of special events. Please purchase a standard parking ticket on these days. Signage will be displayed. | | In times of peak demand pass holders may be required to park in designated parking locations. Signage will be displayed.

| Annual parking passes for non-Cardinia residents | | People who do not live in Cardinia, can also obtain an annual parking pass.
Please read the instructions below, download and complete an application form and return with your payment to Cardinia Shire Council, Emerald Lake Cafe or Emerald Lake Model Railway.

| Payment options
By post – payment can be made by returning your completed application form along with cheque or money order (made payable to Cardinia Shire Council) to PO Box 7, Pakenham, 3810.
A receipt and pass will be mailed to you
In person – payment can be made at Council offices, Henty Way, Pakenham OR Emerald Lake Cafe OR Emerald Lake Model Railway.
Completed application forms must be presented at time of payment. Passes will be mailed to the applicant (EFTPOS, cheque or credit card payments can only be made at Council offices).

| One pass per vehicle is available, if you require passes for additional vehicles, please complete a separate form per vehicle and submit the fee of $40 per vehicle. Please supply the registration details of your vehicle(s) as vehicle specific passes will be issued. | | Passes must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle when in the park in replace of the standard car parking ticket. Failure to display your pass may result in a parking infringement if no valid car parking ticket is displayed. | | Passes will only be transferable to a new vehicle of applicant, on written request from applicant and the return of the existing pass, whereby a new pass will be issued. Passes are not transferable under any other circumstances. | | Passes will not be refunded. | | Due to the demand for parking spaces on days of special events, use of the pass will not be permitted on these days. Pass holders will be required to pay the standard parking fee on the day of any special event, ie The Great Train Race. Signage will be displayed on such days. | | In times of peak demand pass holders may be required to park in designated parking locations. Pass holders will be advised of this through signage on entering the park.
