| Emerald Lake Park is a great place for a barbecue with friends and family. Why not enjoy barbecued trout that you catch while fishing in Lake Treganowan?
Free electric barbecues are located throughout the park, conveniently situated to enjoy the surrounds of Lake Treganowan while cooking. Please see park map for locations.
Barbecues have either single or dual cook tops and most of them are covered, as can be seen to the right. Some shelters also have specific barbecues.
The barbecues are easy to operate - simply press a button. These barbecues are designed to automatically switch off after 20 minutes.
Though cleaned daily, we also ask visitors to assist by leaving all barbecues and surrounding areas suitable for others to use. Please bring suitable equipment or newspaper to clean barbecues. Water is on tap at each barbecue.
